Benefit Recovery

The Benefit Recovery Fraud Unit is charged with both preventing and detecting fraud in public assistance programs. It is also responsible for the recovery of overpayments from clients when they receive Food Stamps, Ohio Works First, Medicaid, PRC, or Child Care benefits for which they aren't eligible.
